Do we need to change our software?
Almost never. The point of workflow automation is connecting the tools you already use. If a tool has an API — or even just email — we can usually wire it in.
n8n, Make or Zapier: which do you recommend?
It depends on volume, complexity and where your data should live. Zapier is quickest for simple flows, Make is great value for multi-step logic, and n8n suits high volume or self-hosting. The audit ends with a clear recommendation.
What are the ongoing costs?
The build is a fixed one-off quote. Platform fees (n8n, Make, Zapier) depend on volume — we design for the cheapest tier that reliably does the job.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
